Step 1: Grant Access

Domain Name Access

We need access to your domain name for website migrations, audience-building, retargeting, and/or reporting. Please provide access to: contact@promotivellc.com

Google Account Access

This is helpful for pulling historical local market data.

Google Local Services Ads

IMPORTANT: Skip this step if you already have a verified Google Local Services Ads account.

Instagram To-Dos

1. Ensure you have at least 8 posts on your Instagram account.
2. Link your Instagram account to your Facebook Page.
3. Add organic posts to your profile at least once a week.

Step 2: Onboarding Form

Submit Onboarding Form

Please set aside about 20–30 minutes to complete this onboarding form thoroughly. Your responses will help guide strategy, priorities, and discussion during your onboarding call. If your business operates in multiple markets or locations that will be managed separately, please complete a separate form for each one.

Step 3: Upload Images

Upload Images & Videos

Upload all images and videos to your shared Google Drive Folder. Please call/text (815) 706-3955 if you have not received access before your onboarding call.

REQUIRED:
We request a high-resolution logo of at least 1000px (smallest dimension) or delivered in a vector format.

Headshots
This is used to build trust. Please provide smiling headshots of any Team Member who may provide your Prospects with an estimate.

Business Plans, Marketing Materials, or Customer Documentation
Any printed marketing materials, paperwork, or customer-facing documents you currently use may be reviewed by our team to help strengthen trust, branding, and customer experience consistency across your business. Examples may include flyers, door hangers, estimate sheets, warranty paperwork, pre-project checklists, brochures, or other customer materials.

Step 4: Schedule Onboarding Call

IMPORTANT: We reserve dedicated time and resources for your onboarding call, so please choose a time when you can fully attend and be present on Google Meet.To help us make the most of the call, all onboarding items above must be completed at least 24 hours beforehand.

This allows our team to properly review your business, prepare your strategy, and build the strongest possible gameplan moving forward.
